Internet and computing technology has change the way of e-finance service around the world and popularized e-brokerage industry since beginning of the year 2000 in ASEAN region. Similarly in Malaysia, e-brokerage industry is growing and becoming an instrument for personal investment and wealth generation. Four e-brokerage quality dimensions were identified and hypothesized for empirical study, namely Functionality, Ease of Use, Flexibility and Personalization. The research was conducted and the data obtained from 54 respondents out of 120 questionnaires distributed via e-mail. The four hypotheses testing were examined with SPSS analysis to conclude relationship between the identified quality dimensions and the continuance intention of e-brokerage user’s long-term adoption. The research statistical findings infer that there were significant associations between the e-brokerage quality dimensions towards continuance intention of e-brokerage acceptance and adoption. The overall outcome, online brokerage users agreed that functionality and personalization are significantly impact towards e-brokerage adoption. However ease of use and flexibility are positively associated but slightly less significant in the predictive model, mainly because they perceived that ease of use and flexibility are part of operating system that inherit in the software. These two quality dimensions must be given as standard requirement as the perceived usefulness for the e-brokerage application software. There are some recommendations were highlighted which may help the company to further improve and strengthen the continuance intention of e-brokerage adoption in Malaysia.
