This chapter presents the focus of this research through the research background, problem statement, research objectives, research hypothesis and research questions. The definition of terms is also included for clear understanding prior to delving into the research in details. The significance of this research has been brought up to relate the importance of feedback environment towards implementing English Language Reforms in secondary schools.
