This case study is to identify the core competences of company Murada, and to study
the impact of current core competence strategies to counter the significant drop in sales
revenue in 2009 in Penang customers. The strength and weakness of each core
competence factors selected will be evaluate, redefine and recommendation to improve
with new business strategies.
