Abstract

This piece of work relates to a study the effectiveness of TQM at ABC Electronic Sdn Bhd in JB. Questionnaire survey method was applied, and the objectives are to identify the effectiveness of TQM at ABC Electronic Sdn Bhd in JB. The target respondents were the employees of ABC Electronic Sdn Bhd in JB. 50 employees were selected and questionnaire was distributed. Results were analysed by mean, mode, median and standard deviations, as well as the reliability and hypothesis testing. From the analysis the rewards were the most preferred concern for the respondents, with the highest percentages obtained. It was followed by leader motivational, that sharing second highest percentages obtained. The training was ranked at the third and fourthly was followed with the documentation. Fifth by quality and top management commitment are the factors that having the least effectiveness of TQM, which they are sharing the lowest ranks. The factor analysis specified above reveal us that the six factors such as Rewards, Leader Motivational, Training, Documentation, Quality and Top Management the other quality practice are the principle component analysis was identified the attribute that enable us to incline towards the effectiveness in TQM in this ABC Electronic Sdn Bhd. The Top 3 among the respondents seems to be Rewards,Motivation and Training. Based on the findings, the effectiveness of TQM approach were focusing into these rewards leader motivational and training as it is the top 3 factors
