Abstract
|
This research is to study on Change Management and Technical Employees Job Performance in Extek Automation Sdn Bhd. Change management in the organizational nowadays is not something new in this business world. This is regardless the change on human perspective such why the technical employees have some of the negative response when there got changes in the work environment. In this study, researcher was using a quantitative technique to define all the variables in researcher project and to investigate all the relationship in this study. In many organizations, the impact to the employees already has become a very common sight. The only things that organization face challenges are the threats between technical employees that make disruption towards their productivity.
It is important to understand the impact so that it is easier to identify opportunities to improve productivity or even prevent loss of productivity in the workplace. The entire hypothesis is showing a positive relationship, which means that the technical employees in Extek Automation Sdn Bhd do have an impact towards the productivity in the workplace after the organization, change.
