Abstract
|
In today competitive business world, employee turnover rate had been increasing in different industries. Retaining talent within the organisation becomes a challenge to many organisations. This study is to identify the significant relationship between job satisfaction and turnover possibility which relate to job loyalty. About 100 questionnaires were collected and analysed using SPSS. Result shown that there is positive significant between job satisfaction and job loyalty. Besides, researcher also identified some of the important factors that addressed by respondents which employers must need to evaluate constantly. Essentially, the research presents some suggestion for the human resource departments and managers to promote motivation and job satisfaction. Recognition and rewards, organisational culture, working condition, performance appraisal and promotion, and relationship with co-workers continue to have an important role to reach one‟s job satisfaction.
