SMEs have long been recognised as the backbone to any economy as they have been an
important generator of employment and growth. Why companies should be interested in CSR? Companies must ensure that their concentration and the customers’ desires and technological demands are in line (Wilson, 2000; Kissel & Beauvais, 1994). This study provides a comprehensive and inclusive framework for the understanding of the CSR/Firm Performance relationship. For this study, descriptive method of research is used and in order to explain the variance and relationship in the dependent variables, hypothesis testing was done.
