Abstract
|
This paper aims to compare and identify the factors that influence customers’ satisfaction for selecting their mobile service provider. It is a key concern of marketing scholars today and it will remain in future. This empirical study is initiated to find out what particular factors responsible for customer satisfaction in the mobile telecommunication industry in a sub-urban area. This study has chosen Sabak Bernam District with a population of 106,158 in the State of Selangor. A 130 sample have been collected through structure questionnaire. The study revealed that pricing and network coverage have significant influences on customer satisfaction level as proven in the five percent level of significant at multiple regression analysis. Base on the study, it conclude that in order to promote customer satisfaction it is important to make effort to understand factors that responsible for insignificant influence on customer satisfaction. At the same time, seriously look into the factors which have significant influence on promoting customer satisfaction in telecommunication industry in sub-urban area like Sabak Bernam District
