This paper aims at identifying and overcoming academic dishonesty in GiatBelia Akademi in Kuching, Sarawak. Online survey was used to collect quantitative data to answer the research objectives and specific research questions set in this study. The results indicated that academic dishonesty behaviors in test and examination are at less worrying extent but collaboration on individual assignment and plagiarism prevails among students in GiatBelia Akademi.
