Abstract
|
This research examined the significant level of the dimensions such as Learning Resources, Academic Courses, Instructors and Assessment affecting student satisfaction and student retention in Open Distance Learning in Ipoh. There are a total of four proposed hypotheses to be tested in this study and to identify the relationship between the dimensions and student satisfaction and student retention. The outcome of the study revealed that there is significant relationship between Learning Resources, Academic Courses, Instructors and Assessments factors influenced on student satisfaction and student retention. This study provides useful information for the university or stakeholder to plan and draw appropriate strategies for the dimensions that need further improvement. More importantly, education service qualities will determine the sustainability of an institution by looking at the competitiveness education setting at all levels.
