Abstract The main purpose of this research is to study of the factors that affecting customer satisfaction in the insurance industry in Malaysia. In order to define the factors affecting it, a research will be conduct on the respondents who are the policyholder with using questionnaire, verbal interview, graph plotting and analyzing the graph’s results. This research is to determine the importance of customer satisfaction in the insurance industry; to identify the factors that affect customer satisfaction in the insurance in Malaysia; and to identify which factors have the strong of influence in customer satisfaction in the insurance industry in Malaysia. The research will reveal out the factors have affect the customer satisfaction to the insurance company and some related recommendation on how to improve customer satisfaction in insurance industry. Ultimately, this research may able to give inputs to the insurance industry in creating the customer satisfaction in the insurance industry.
