Abstract
|
E-learning or electronic learning can be defined that learning through internet instead of teaching traditional in classroom. In this research study, researcher tried to focus on implementation of E-learning to employees’ performance in the organization. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influencing the effectiveness of E-learning within organization. The five independent variables are employees’ attitude, perceived ease of use, instructors’ quality, technology quality and E-learning course or content can be a measured tool for the effectiveness of E-learning in employees’ performance. Researcher will figure out the most acceptance factors that influence the effectiveness level of E-learning. By understanding the employees’ expectation towards E-learning quality in workplace, it can determine whether the performance of employees’ suit for work related knowledge and improve their skills. Besides, the researcher only focuses on Klang Valley as a targeted study. Hence, it cannot truly represent the characteristics of the population as a whole. Finally, the result from this study can be as a reference to future researchers who like to emphasize on the interest of E-learning towards the employees’ performance. In conclusion, E-learning can be a major component to highlight when employers want to invest in their organization.
