Title Performance indicators enhancing job satisfaction in Multinational Organization Malaysia / Wong Kok Loong
Abstract This paper aims to determine the indicator of performance evaluation system practices on employee job satisfaction and loyalty of Manufacturing Industry in Malaysia. 50 questionnaires were given to employees in the selected semiconductor manufacturer in Penang, Malaysia. Survey sampling technique was being used as it is low cost method to collect data from a large group of population. Besides that, the questions which designed to asked about an investigated topic, which can enhance flexibility in data analysis. Data were analyzed with the use of statistical analysis techniques. This article will assist reader in understanding performance appraisal system indicator which has significant influence towards high employee job satisfaction and loyalty with primary data disregard most conventional practices of using secondary data.
