Abstract
|
Lead generation is a critical aspect within business as part of the process to generate
sales. This study examines the success of generating quality leads from the 2-week
Virtual Education Fair. Using the outcome of the event, the process of lead generation
has been observed. Inductive approach is done on this study using grounded theory.
Interviews have been done with different parties to listen from different aspect.
Coding is the method used to analyse the outcome from interviews. Hypotheses are
generated and new theory has been developed. Suggestions and recommendations are
compiled from the interview to be submitted to the management for future events
preparation in order to have a more successful one to generate more quality leads.
