Abstract
|
Car Rental fleets is expanding over the years, many years back when it started compare to the current time and economy the growth is substantial. The study is about Paradise Car Rental fleet and its reason to average occupancy level and strategies to improve the level. Secondary data over a period of three years has been collected and analyzed, further tabled and defined. Besides that, survey was conducted to learn of the demographics of customers, satisfaction on service rendered as well as if customers’ needs are fulfilled. The findings, data collection, SWOT Analysis and personal experience has brought forward the factors that influence the occupancy level and strategies to improve has been discussed.
