This study is a descriptive quantitative research which concentrates on identifying the challenges and causes of ESL students' writing skills as well as exploring the suggestions of rectifying their writing problems. There are relevant topics relating to this study. However, no data and insights have shown to ESL students and teachers in Malaysia as the guidelines of learning English writing skills.
