Abstract
|
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to study on factors influence customers retention in XYZ retail store at Kluang. Factors: The literature review of part researches factors such as price, service quality and availability are common among the finding of these researches are the factors influence customer retention and with that a framework was developed and the hypothesis was developed. Methodology: Primary data was collect using quantitative research technique by using a structured questionnaire. A total of 100 customers in XYZ retail shop, Kluang were approached and asked if they could participate in the research. This business was approached for data collection between March and April 2017. Manage to collect total of 100 useable data was collected from the survey conducted.
Finding: It can be concluded that the finding of this research shows that those factor influence customer retention in XYZ retail shops. Factors such price, service quality and availability consider important factors on influence customers on repurchase. Results from the statistical analysis indicated that the examined factors are positively correlated with customer retention. Recommendation: Those information or data collected will help those factors such price, service quality and availability will use to further improvement and meanwhile survey need to be carried out on others factors such as location, environment, brand variety also give impact towards their repurchase decision.
