Abstract
|
This research is mainly to examine the stress level of the non-academic employees in UTAR. Moreover, this research also meant to look into what are the causes that create stress among non-academic employees in UTAR. Additionally, there are various ways to reduce stress and these points also being discussed in this research.Furthermore, the definitions of research also being explained in this research so that a clearer picture will be captured before proceed to the types of research. After that, types of research also being discussed in the research as well. Besides that, the definition of questionnaire also being explained and how the questionnaire will be distributed to the respondents also will be discussed in this report. Analysis of data regarding this topic also will be analyzed as well. Finally, findings from the final report, conclusion and some recommendations will be written in the last part.
