Abstract
|
Job behavioural dimensions are the key challenges faced by today’s organization when it comes to managing human resources. Talents are the most valuable resource for all organization. Experience employees will have competitive advantage towards new hire in terms of productivity and maturity in encountering problems. Job loyalty is all about committed to steer the organization toward greater heights with a strong belief that the grass is not greener outside as we thought it should be. An employee obligation to put company interest above personal interest. Past results revealed there are significant relationship between the variables derived from previous journals research notations. However, none or less studies conducted in Penang regarding the influence of job behavioural dimension towards the Generation Y societies. Therefore, my research intention is to verify whether its responses were consistent irrespective of different geographical areas or otherwise. The results of a cross-sectional self-report with proper drafted questionnaires indicated that dependent variable Job Loyalty, can be explained by predictors of independent variables Perceived Organization Support and Job Satisfaction with a strong statistical value of R square to generalise the study.
