Abstract
|
21st century is challenging decade with competitive environment. Despite having race to have better life style, pupil also well aware of health consciousness. If pupil failed to keep their body healthy, as a consequence we might force to accept fact to have sickness such obesity, high cholesterol and other. Cycling is one of physical activity which enhances public health care. The rising of bicycle sales is encouraging recent years and years to come. This reflects the importance of healthcare concern by pupil. “ABC” a Japanese world’s leading bicycle components maker who is operating almost 25 years in Malaysia. Their sales figures are promising as well. However yearly average of 2 -3 customer complaint cases has caused their reputation tarnished. Machining process is one of factor which contributing for poor quality. Optimized cutting specification and effective process control found to be important factors to enhance quality output in “ABC” organization’s machining processes. Surprisingly found workers motivation and skill didn’t contribute for “ABC’s” quality output. By then the workers weren’t really satisfied or happy with their current job particularly in many areas. Thus it is organization’s prime duty to improve those weaknesses to build strong workforce for its competitiveness. Identification of optimized cutting specification is another key for its
quality enhancement and cost competitiveness which is mandatory to boost its competitiveness.
