The purpose of this study is to study the impact of training on employee performance in the Electrical & Electronics (E&E) industry. A survey was delivered to 150 respondents in order to gather data to evaluate the research hypotheses. A descriptive analysis, reliability testing, factor analysis and hypothesis testing was then executed using SPSS software. Results of the study indicate that there is a positive relationship between work experience and training design.
