Abstract
|
This paper purpose is to examine the influence and conceptual model for understanding the customers it’s perceptual in using mobile commerce services for the online shopping. Provides an idea into the consumer attitude, and the result is important help the companies having the business in mobile commerce or planning business in mobile commerce. This paper is qualitative study. Observations for the mobile commerce company are carried out and through interview for 10 respondent working adult between 25 – 35 years of age in Northern region, Malaysia who work in university. The result indicates of the skillfulness on the consumer self-perception of the usefulness and trust. Furthermore the, usefulness, ease of use, complexity and compatibility have an impact on a consumers for the behavioral intention. Further research on this study, due with this paper only focuses on the people in university staff in Northern region. The finding of the paper is help the companies understanding what reason or encourages the mobile shopping intention of the consumers. The result helps to understanding of mobile commerce to the companies that are involved in promoting mobile shopping to the existing customer as well as the potential customers.
