The industry has evolved from digitisation to digitalisation towards the end of 20th century where industry revolution has moving from version 3.0 (computerisation) into 4.0. Digitalisation has become they key elements of everything. Malaysia government has introduced Digital Economy and Small Medium Enterprise (SMEs) back in 1996 as the new economic powertrain to drive the nation economic development.
