Abstract
|
This study manages to meet the objective and purpose of itself. It's understands that The Seed condominium need to put more effort on its marketing strategy, especially for the advertisement, trade show, product launch activities to gain more awareness for the potiential buyers. It is also encourage enhancing the knowledge about the Green Building concept to the sales personnel so that they will feel more comfortable and confidence to introduce these features to the potential condo's buyers. And, it als suggests the company to apply The Seed Condominium for the Green Building Index Rating System to get the certificate from the authority. This certificate is recognition the company that they are fulfilling the corporate social responsibility and apply this certificate as an enhancement to the current marketing strategy for The Seed Condominium.
