Abstract
|
The purpose of the study is to know the factor that gives an effect to the work performance for executive employee’s at Celestica. There are about 150 employees at the executive level that represent various departments. In Celestica, the executive had divided based on the customer or project. The objective of the study will be to identify the factors that contribute to the poor work performance at the Celestica. There is five hypothesis that had being tested among the executive employees in Celestica. This study is to understand if there is any significant relationship between the variables that had been studies. The result from this studies will be helps the management to identify the factors that contribute to the poor work performance at the Celestica. By understand the factors, it can help the company to develop the module like training, awareness of the work stress, and motivation seminar to improve the work performance.
