Abstract
|
This paper is to study and examine the factors that affect customer satisfaction of a company by the name of Easecox, where the chairman of the company has received many complaints and find that low customer satisfaction in the company since the company was formed in 2004. The researcher has further studied ways to create effective culture of customer service by understanding what customers really need and want, improve service in order to build a close relationship with the customers to let them feel that they are loved, valued and wanted, in order to increase customer satisfaction level.
The research methodology used is the survey research. A questionnaire of approximately twenty five questions was distributed to 50 agents that are involved in the business in Easecox service centers in Malaysia including 20 from Selangor service center, 15 from Penang service center, and 15 from service center Office. Fundamentally, the results of the collected data indicated areas that need to be improved by the company to develop high customer satisfaction as it is essential to company business growth and profitability
