The purpose of this quantitative study was to determine the relationship of the feedback environment practices towards school climate. A total of 129 secondary schools' teachers from a selected district in Malaysia involved in the study. The questionnaire used was divided into three parts. Feedback Environment Scale (FES) adapted by Ling (2016) was used to identify the level of feedback environment and Revised School Level Environment Questionnaire (Revised-SLEQ) developed by Johnson, Stevens, and Zvoch (2007) was used to identify the level of school climate.
