Title An investigation of factors affecting consumer selection of online travel agencies / Wong Yeong Tyan.
Abstract This research aims to investigate the effect of brand image, customer relations, perceived price, website quality and website trust on consumer selection of online travel agencies. The study begins with introduction and background of the research and the review of the literature. Next is the discussion of research methodology, and then followed by analysis of data and discussion of the main findings. Lastly, conclusion coupled with recommendation, limitation, and future research will be drawn to conclude the study. A primary research with the use of a web-based questionnaire was conducted to identify the factors that have the impact on purchase intention. Based on the findings collected from 84 questionnaires, website trust and website quality were among the most important factors that significantly influence the purchase intention in this study.
