Abstract
|
This research is on Customer Satisfaction on Online Purchasing or Shopping in Malaysia. In this research, it’s intends to study on the significant level of the four factors that are Security, Convenience, Delivery and Mis-Match between Actual and Delivered affecting the customer satisfaction. There are total of four proposed hypothesis and it will be tested in this research. The entire four hypothesis were to be tested to identify the relationship between the four dimension and customer satisfaction. And the result or the outcome of this study indicate that, there is a significant relationship between the four dimension and customer satisfaction. The study also indicates that, the Mis-Match between Actual and Delivered is the factors that will influent the most on customer satisfaction. Lastly, this study will ends with some suggestion or recommendation; it also elaborates on some of the limitation while conducting this study, whereby, there are some directions or hints for future research.
