The purpose of this study is to and to assess the feasibility of using third party logistics for Broadcast Industry in customer service and spare parts fulfilment. Literature reviews from some researchers have been presented in chapter two.
Data tested and validated through data analysis and face to face interview sessions.
Correlation between company size and reasons for outsourcing has been identified and tested. Overall performance and effectiveness ratings and overall cost and revenue impacts have been collected from various broadcast industry companies. Recommendations what services shall be outsourced and next steps to look into it have been mentioned in this study.
