With the advancement of today's technology, the consumer behavior has started to move from traditional way to the era of Internet of Things. One of the sectors that has seen changes is the online food delivery service. Therefore, this research aims to study the consumer behavioral intention towards online food delivery service in Penang and compare the difference of the behavioral intention between the Millennials and Gen X.
