The purpose of this study is to investigate the knowledge and perceptions of teachers about the Four C’s skills in the 21st Century among teachers. . A questionnaire-survey study was conducted for primary school teachers in Johor Bharu. The results were found to be moderately high on the factors (intrinsic and extrinsic) that teachers are aware of this Four C’s and are trying their best to incorporate them in their daily lessons.. The results from the study can provide the school authority and also the Education ministry to further enhance these skills among teachers everywhere.
