Users at various units in the hospital will be able to effectively communicate and collaborate at all stages of patient’s treatment from admission to discharge. It helps various departments to run their process smoothly. The system had proven to be effective, save time and increase productivity upon its implementation. The main result of implementation the BMS was doubling the number of patient waiting for admission was reduced from 20.57 minutes to 50.47 minutes. This had significantly helped to cope with our increase in a number of inpatients, more efficient and productive and subsequently translated to higher revenues recorded after implementation of BMS. The number of inpatients have increased by 9% from 63,595 in year July 2013 till 2015 to 58,315 in the year 2016 till June 2018. Besides that, the bed occupancy rate also increases from 89.79% to 90% which led the average length stay for inpatient reduce from 3.97 days to 3.67 days.
