Abstract
|
This research paper made a study to identify the level of customer satisfaction of ABC Sdn. Bhd.’s office furniture and how significant the five factors (product information, innovation, communication, product safety and material used) affect customer satisfaction towards ABC Sdn. Bhd.’s products in local sales. The researcher tested the suggested five hypotheses in contemplation of ascertaining the relationship among customer satisfaction and the five factors. The study couched that significant relationships were existed between product information and product safety against customer satisfaction. Whereas, innovation,
communication and material used do not have significant relationship with customer satisfaction. The researcher has made some strategic recommendations at the end of the study in order to improve the two most significant factors which are product information and product safety. The intention of this study is to enhance customer satisfaction and intensify the customer positive purchase, repurchase and cross-selling.
