Abstract
|
The purpose of this project paper is to study the different types of In-direct staff resigning from Flextronics Skudai and also the countermeasures or alternative measures to be initiated to resolve these constraints or issues. This project paper also curbs or addresses the impact of the resignation in Flextronics Skudai. As organizations become additional age various, some business leaders face challenges managing a multigenerational workforce. The aim of this single case study was to explore ways that leaders at Flextronics Skudai implemented to retain their age-diverse personnel. The targeted population was teaching business managers who had success with retentive associate degree age-diverse workers. The abstract framework of the study was Herzberg’s 2-factor theory of motivation. a major religious doctrine of this theory is staff justify satisfying and dissatisfying experiences based on intrinsic and alien factors relating to their job functions. Through cryptography and thematic analysis, four themes emerged that might facilitate leaders retain a multigenerational workforce: geographic point culture, Family related issues, personal related issues and society related issues. Developing and cultivating retention ways could contribute to social amendment by serving to managers and leaders enrich retention rates, thereby increasing employment stability, up productivity, and enhancing structure and community relations. This project paper is formulated by the help of questionnaires carried out with 108of in-direct staff from Flextronics Skudai. There are three main objectives or issues identified in this project paper, first is to find out the different types of generation of In-direct employees turnover, secondly is to study on the causes of the turnover in the different types of generation and thirdly is to study on the strategies to minimize the turnover in the different types of generations.
