Abstract
|
The purpose of this research is to identify the current Safety, Health and Environment condition is an automotive parts manufacturing factory. In this research, weakness in Safety and Health Management will be pointed out and a few recommendations of improvement will be provided as well. Management and employees have to take notes on the importance of a good Safety and Health Management in the factory where a good Safety and Health Management would be able to reduce accident, improve productivity, reduce unnecessary cost, and also improve the working condition in the factory. Management has to provide employees with an image that they come to work safely and go home after work safely too. If management able to do this, employees will be working happily in the factory without worrying that they might die of accident anytime in the
factory compound. Therefore, in this research, it highlights the impact of Safety and Health
Management and how to improve it further.
