Abstract The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) development has rapidly spread worldwide and being adopted in every aspects of human life style. ICT has applied and developed into technologies and systems towards daily life. Electronic commerce is one of the technologies and system of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) which enhancing and transforming the commerce world. Electronic Commerce without any exception has been accepted and used in current business transaction and transformation process. Electronic commerce or commonly known widely as e-commerce is a business trade using computer networks such as internet and or any other means in Information and Communications Technology (ICT).It can be said as all business transactions are conducted on the internet. Electronic commerce is also been defined as the electronic exchange of information goods, services and payments. It also consists of the exchange of data to facilitate and conclude the financing and payment aspects of business transactions. The cycle of business transactions from product information and promotion, marketing and advertising, pricing and hiring products, concluding sales and delivering goods to payments and warranty needs several technologies designed in the electronic commerce system. Uses of electronic commerce on World Wide Web (WWW) is one of the way the electronic commerce operates although there are several other technologies available and invented such as electronic mail (email), social media, online market place and many more. Innovation and enhancement on electronic commerce system keeps on flowing in strengthening the system. This is to establish and put businesses into the electronic commerce system in place.
