Abstract
|
The main purpose of this research is to study of the factors that affecting job satisfaction in CJP as lately the employees are producing a very weak output. In order to define the factors affecting it, a research will be conduct on the employees with using questionnaire, verbal interview, graph plotting and analyzing the graph’s results. This research is to reveal all factors that affect job satisfaction among employees. Besides that, the research will reveal out the impact of the low job satisfaction and some related recommendation on how to have a good and effective working environment. Ultimately, this research may able to give inputs to the management in creating a harmonious working environment, total customer satisfaction and turn every workers as a company assets.
