Abstract
|
Multi National Companies (MNC) with proper organization structure, always set clear
vision, mission, objectives, goals and company’s value, with deployment policy in
place. Multi national companies normally have many subsidiaries’ or sister
companies all over the world to meet customers’ satisfaction and deliveries finished
goods with high end quality. In order to meet the company mission, objectives and
goals, many multi national companies will set Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
every year for all subsidiaries’ or sister companies to achieve This research is
studying what are the factors which will influence employees’ job commitment in
BBB Company as one of the MN in Malaysia, in order for the
company to achieve end results. The three factors been studied here are leadership
quality, corporate culture and reward. The result shown reward scored the highest
point to get employees’ job commitment in BBB Company, but the result also told
that there are more factors actually involved besides the three which tested in this
research. Again the sample group is also one of the influence factors here, normally
white collar and blue collar employees have different requirement and education
background to influence the final result.
