Abstract
|
As a world class R&D centre now days, firmware department playing an important role in
order to provide technology competency in the world stage for superior product quality,
and retaining the software expertise always a big challenge to all IT based organization as
it closely related with the job satisfaction level. For firmware department low job
satisfaction eventually lead to low motivation, low productivity and then organization
may lose to the competitors in many areas. The area includes product quality, earlier
product launch date, and product quality. This study is an important initiative step to
improve the job satisfaction of the organization M, and may be similar for other industry
that also owns a firmware development department as well.
