Abstract
|
This study describes and analyses Wawasan Open University students and teachers' perspectives on the online collaborative learning. Based on quantitative data analysis of online questions survey, four factors were identified as a) level of acceptance & satisfaction, b) instructor Support, c) personal online learning anxiety and d) technology anxiety. This paper also discussed about teachers' roles as an online instructor, their challenges and the expectations students have of online teachers as a facilitator.
