This study aims to identify the readiness level of the XYZ company technical persons and the most influence factor which affecting their readiness to embark to Industrial Revolution (Automation), using a sampling method of Krejcie & Morgan in XYZ company. The technical people's readiness for Industrial Revolution 4.0 (Automation) in XYZ are significantly affected by the employee adaptability and development of human resources (education, learning & training).
