Abstract
|
It takes something extra in securing and retaining skilled employees' in times of economic distress. Given that employee retention is very important for the functioning of the hospital, this study focuses on the factors that influence employee retention. Data was obtained from a total of 108 staff from Penang Adventist Hospital (PAH) using structured questionnaires to determine the elements of demographic, non-fixed benefits, organizational culture, motivations and management style.
