Malaysia's educational landscape has steadily changed over the last two decades. Along with globalization and the removal of the local student quota in international schools by the Malaysian education policy in 2012, the country has seen a growing popularity of international education offered by international schools. Many affluent parents are choosing to enroll their children into international schools over national schools.
