The subject of gamification is indeed intriguing. Most people today would relate this buzzword “gamification” with some form of electronic game (computer, console, or Google Play). In the process of learning more about this new term “gamification”, we can see that gamification have been applied in several business environment to improve their customer engagement efforts very effectively.
