Abstract
|
Nowadays people live with technology. Technology equipment like smart phones or tablets becomes the necessity of living tools. Technology development bringing banking industry to follow the global footsteps to be innovates in banking service offer. As a result, it raised a question that whether people are following global footstep adopt into electronic banking. Current study would like to figure out factors affecting consumer intention on electronic banking adoption in Malaysia.
As limited study based on Malaysia especially at Penang which leaving an opportunity for current study to be the foundation for future study as well as to be the enhancement of knowledge on consumer market in Malaysia. For that reason, this study reviewed on foreign country research paper to outline the variables to study on Malaysia context.
Primary data collected by using online distribution of survey form which employed SPSS to analyze the data collected. Analysis result has been reported in Chapter 4 while discussion has been included in Chapter 5. Recommendations based on the study results and for future study are discussed at the end of the report as well.
