Abstract

The government such as federal government, state government and local government has their vital important role in the performance of economy in Malaysia, such as through its public finance management. Public finance management is about managerial activities of the government for the revenue, and expenditure. It explains the way how government collects its revenue, and spends its revenue. The functions of public finance management of the
government are consists of allocation, distribution, and stabilization. Therefore, as
background above, this study is interested in macroeconomics forecasting of the
federal government spending, and its impact to the economy of Malaysia, from year
2011 to year 2015
In achieving the objective of performance of economy in Malaysia, the public
sector, the private sector, and the entrepreneurship sector has vital important role in
their respective aspects in all modern economies of Malaysia. They are operated as
interdependent of one another, and parts of the overall in business system, and
economy system of Malaysia. Practically, they are used to support, and
complement each other for achieving the desired objective of performance of
economy in Malaysia. Therefore, as information above, this study is concerned
about the applications on macroeconomic forecasting of the federal government
spending, and analyze its impacts to respective variables of the economy of
Malaysia, from year 2011 to year 2015, or in the period of the Tenth of Malaysia
Plan (10th MP). The theoretical, and practical knowledge of the subject matter is
crucial to the public managers, the private managers, and the entrepreneurs. It will
improve awareness amongst them, to works hand in hand that to ensure the
sustainability of Malaysia. Information collection is concern to the respective of the problem situation,and finding answers or solutions to guide ‘public – private – entrepreneurship
managerial decisions making’.
