5203 \a ERP projects are often undertaken by helping company to solve bottleneck and increase the performance of the company through change management. Although ERP systems can provide all of these benefits and more, due to the complexity of the implement, many organization have been suffer from the failure of implementation ERP into the company which involve a large amount of money and time. It’s often easier to blame the technology then to explore these deeper issues but in the end they are the controlling factors. It is important for management to understand the complexities of the people-related issues, relationships and office politics before embarking on a new ERP project. This research objective is to study the feasibility of integrate the ERP into DJ Group of companies across Malaysia, Singapore and China in term of the factor of financial, process or structural design, project management and user acceptance. Different cultures are giving different scenario on how to integrate the ERP into the firm and the feedback from each country is very important for the case study to decide how to implement into the firm. End of the research study, the researcher recommend few of the methodology on how to help to implement the ERP and avoid the failure happen for the integration ERP into the DJ Group. The solutions include change management strategy, financial measurement plus user training and also the structural project management to minimize the failure at the end of the project.
