Abstract
|
My research is mainly about the job satisfastion of customer service officers in Great Eastern Penang branchers. In today's modern society, insurance had become as essential product for each and every individual. there are plenty of foreign and local insurance companies operating in Malaysia. Example such as Allianz, AIA, Grear Eastern, Hong Leong Assurance, uni Asia, Prudentials and others. According to a research by Teh (2013). There are a few types of insurance group that is performing very well in northern region of Malaysia such as Penang. Under Great Eastern insurance company, the types of main insurance such as Life Insurance, Banca Insurance, Takaful Insurance, Group Insurance and General insurance.
