Abstract
|
The continuous improvement technology was indirectly affecting the way of people greeting. Today people have more alternative selection to greet each other with fast and simple way which gradually abandons traditional greeting card. So the objective of the study was to understand and explore current status of greeting card market in Johor Bahru. It was found that although majority of respondent choose the electronic communication method to greet each to other, but they still consider traditional greeting card given more sincerity compare with new method. The study will also focus to identify the characteristics of people that purchase greeting card and identify what kind of marketing strategy that suitable for greeting cards market in Johor Bahru. To gather the related data, survey questionnaire was carried out over 100 of respondents. All survey result will be analyzed and proceed with finding summary and recommendation on marketing strategy of greeting cards in Johor Bahru.
